Dualism: The belief that the physical and non physical self are separate entities. That each human person is separate from spirit and each spirit is separate from God or Source.
Non Dualism: Body and spirit, physical and non physical are one with each other and all Creation. What I believe.

Higher Self, what does this mean? We hear this term used by Buddhists, New Age Spiritualists and many other Eastern religions and philosophies. The idea is that the higher self is your spiritual self. Most religious and spiritual belief systems believe that we have a spirit or soul. Some believe that our body and soul are separate entities. Some believe there is no soul. Some believe that we are the subjects or servants to a higher entity or God. There are as many belief systems as there are people. Through research, years of study, exploring belief systems and religion, my belief is that the body and spirit are one.
I believe that we have put ourselves in this life situation. Our higher selves, our spirit, is an extension of Source Energy, the Source of all creation, the all knowing, limitless God energy which makes up the universe, all people and all things, all realms of existence, everything. Our physical being is a manifestation of that energy, an extension of our spiritual being to promote our growth, our knowledge and our spiritual maturation that can only be attained in a physical life time experience. We are co creators in the universe. We are here to learn, grow, feel, experience, love, know joy and reconnect this experience with our true selves, our spiritual selves. We are here to do our part in creation. Each of us has a higher purpose of our own choosing. This life is very temporary and our present life situation is fleeting. We are here to bring something to creation. This is my interpretation of higher self and higher purpose.
