Yesterday we lost an old friend. Our fifteen year old german shepard mix left this realm. I believe that all life is an expression of Source or God's energy. I believe that she was spirit and that it has gone on to another realm. I am not being silly or saying doggy heaven, but I really think all creation is a manifestation of Source or an extension of Source. Her presence in my life and as a part of our family taught many lessons and provided unconditional love. If we can see all life as part of Source, an extension of Gods energy, we can respect and show honor and love. All creation deserves our love and respect and so as we offer our love and respect, so all creation will return love and respect. Pebbles brought so much to our lives as a dog, we can share so much more with creation as people. We are beings of light and we must shine our light for others. Thank you old girl for sharing your light with us.

Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there. Being a father is so much more than merely impregnating a woman and partnering in making a kid. Being a father is taking responsibility for the welfare of a child. This is not just money, but with time, attention and love. Being a father often times has nothing to do with a genetic link to a child. So many good men accept the loving responsibility of raising a child they did not physically father, yet love them every bit as their own. My own father was one such man. He raised my brother and sister in such a way, until I was a young adult, I did not know we were not of the same father physically. He gave his time, love and wisdom freely to all of us as well as many others. Real fathers do not put their own needs or desires in front of their child's. Being a true parent is realizing your children are your equal. Your great responsibility is to share your own knowledge and wisdom with them as well as keep them safe and cared for until they are ready to do this for themselves. I had such a father and hope that I have been such a father for my kids who are all grown. Thank you Dad and I love you always. Whatever realm you are in now, I hope you are well.

This has been a whirlwind month. I have been making changes in my personal and professional life and need to get back to keeping this site updated. I apologize for being absent, but this month should bring about our first newsletter and I have just added the blog. It can be accessed on the Homepage I hope more of you will join the opt in page and help grow the community. As far as the store, I am not sure of how good an idea that is. We do need support and I thought that might be a good way, but it has been pretty much ignored up til now and I don't want people to feel this site is just about money. I have started another site for that. I will have a links page soon and you can visit my other sites. This ite can also be reached on .com and .org. Will update the entire site very soon. Well, how do you like the new look? Just as we tend to grow and evolve, I felt it is time for Iamsource to grow and evolve. This started out as my personal forum to chronicle my own spiritual journey and offer a place for readers to share theirs. I was going to start a newsletter earlier this year, but using free email, I could not guarantee the privacy and security of those who joined. I have now set up a professional service to collect names and email addresses securely and will finally be getting correspondences out next month. I will be spending more time with Iamsource beyond this website and am making this my full time effort. This is and always will be a free site, but it does cost money to continue this effort. This why we have added a store with various products you may purchase. These are affiliate products and we hope to finance our efforts with the sale of these products. We will be starting up other website marketplaces soon and hope to raise the needed funds to continue our efforts helping various legitimate charities, growing the services Iamsource will offer including one day, "The Source Center". We appreciate all the positive feed back and look forward to not only sharing the evolutionary journey, but helping it along. Most Christians believe that Jesus died for their sins. That by dying he paid a ransom for our sins. Many believe that Jesus is the Son of God. He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day he rose from the dead. He rose in his human body and eventually returned to Heaven. How do you see this. Why would Jesus, who is God incarnate need to pay a ransom? Could it be that Jesus, a truly enlightened and present person, was trying to teach us. Perhaps teach us what our own potential is? What we call a miracle, Jesus considered ordinary. He truly was and is connected to God as are we. He called himself, the Son of man. That is what he was and is. He came back from the dead to teach us that life goes on. There is no end. He taught us that our physical self and spirit are one and each of us is a part of God's creative force. There is no separation between any of us that we have not made ourselves. Jesus tried to show us our true essence and potential. This was our salvation and redemption. Christians often say "we are the body of Christ" or "we are the children of God". Think about those very true statements. Happy Easter. Love and light.

Another large earthquake hits Chile. Seems as though we are being hit by more and more natural disasters. This is a great time to think the world is coming to an end. Some are even saying this is the beginning of the 2012 doomsday predictions. Disasters have happened since the beginning of time. We should not panic. These are times for us to send positive vibrations to those who are in need of hope. This is also a time to stay present and not start worrying about some possible future event where you are. It is a time to live the idea of connectivity and spiritually join with those who are affected. It is also a good time to take action. Show the gratitude for your situation and share with those who need it most. If you want to send money, make sure you send it to legitimate charities. Some links are on our charities page. You can also give your time and effort. It does not always have to be to a catastrophic disaster. We can help on a daily basis. If you are not in a situation to share materially or physically, share spiritually. Take a few moments to send positive thoughts and affirmation. Do not feel guilty because you are in a good, safe situation. You are in the reality you have created for yourself and face your own challenges. This challenge for the Chilean people is an opportunity for them to grow and create. They will get through this, they have before. This is the key to all of what we perceive as difficulty. It is only a problem if you sit and worry instead of facing it. It is an opportunity to grow, learn and create.

Happy Valentines Day. A day to share feelings of love a friendship. I used to think of this as a Hallmark holiday, made only to sell greeting cards. Somewhat skeptical I guess. But it can be so much more. We are beings of light. Love is the purest light with the highest vibration. Reaching out and sharing this with friends or loved ones is a lovely gesture. But also take a moment to think about those who are not on your radar. Think of those who are not your friends, those who are alone, those who you have thought ill of, those in darkness. Send your thoughts of love and light to all. I send my love and light to you.

There is so much need and despair in the world today. The earthquake in Haiti is just the beginning. Poverty, hunger, loneliness and hopelessness are felt by so many around the globe. This emptiness drives people to anger and fanaticism. This is why we have terrorist. This is why we have disease. This is why we have gangs, crime and drugs. So many of us are blind to this except when a major catastrophe occurs or we are directly affected. We can call ourselves spiritual beings and we are, but we are physical beings too. We are connected to the poorest of the poor. When we help them, we help a part of ourselves and all creation. Don't be blind to the needs of others. Merry Christmas to all. Hoping you take a moment to reflect on the renewal this time of year offers. Look deep within to find peace within yourself, only then can we start to have peace on earth. Recognizing that we are all part of the great source of creation and connected. More than that, we are all a part of the same thing. When we think less of another or feel prejudice, anger and hate, those feelings are a reflection of how we feel toward ourselves. These feelings are result of fear or perhaps inadequate feelings toward ourselves. Face these fears and realize the only true power they have is what we give them. Acknowledge them as part of your journey and release them. Bringing out your own positive light and joy will attract more to you from all creation. This is who we are and why we are here. Allow yourself to be a true co creator in the universe. Create joy and happiness as an integral part of all you do in work, play, creativity, family, friends and faith. It is all within you to create a happy and bountiful life. We are free to choose and that was the real message of Nazarene. What he did, we perceive as miracles, but he manifest because he truly believed and knew who and what he was and is. He told us to go out and perform these same miracles. We are capable if we believe. It may be easier to sit back and make excuses for failure or unhappiness and claim that it is Gods will, but it is not. Honor the Nazarene and be a partner in creation. Be in the moment, let go of the past as well as any limiting beliefs. Find your peace and we will all be better for it. My wishes for an enlightening Christmas and holiday season filled with light and love.

As we enter the holiday season, we tend to lose ourselves in fast paced shopping, gifts, and outward holiday habits. Some do feel a religious or faith commitment. Many grew up with religious beliefs and often times move away from them. The holiday season becomes a time of material exchange or a time to catch up with family. But we really need to keep the spiritual aspect of the holiday season. Christmas, Hanukkah, whatever we grew up with, whatever we still believe, we each must find our own path to our spirituality. Religion is the path for some while looking within can be the path for others. Some think there is no need for a spiritual life, they often fill the void with addictions. They may have an addiction to work, sex, drugs, materialism, so many ways to try and fill that void. We must try to get past this. Letting go and forgiving ourselves and others as well as embracing the past as the path that brought us to this point. Give it love and move on. Empty your mind and truly get in the moment. This can be done with meditation or prayer. Take this very spiritual time for many and make it your time to reconnect with your spiritual self. Merry Christmas. Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza and a joyful holiday season to all.

We as a species are here to evolve both physically and spiritually. We are primarily spiritual beings who have come into this physical form to learn, experience and grow. We should be open to new experiences, allow joy in our lives and avoid belief systems that try to control or limit our life experience. One should always work to raise their vibrational frequency and this is done by bringing light into ones life. Light or high energy is love, joy, happiness, fulfillment and any of a number of what we consider positive feelings. This will help you bring what you want into your life. Lower vibrational frequency will slow you and bring about lower or what you consider negative feelings such as guilt, fear, anger and others. One will not always feel that higher vibration, but when lower feelings start to come into play, work to raise them. Connect to your spiritual or higher self. Take some time for quiet meditation. Give love to these negative feelings and accept them as a life lesson. Try to learn and grow from them. Accept them as a part of you and move on. You are in control of you and it is your choice what kind of life you bring about.

From time to time I post thoughts on craigslist in order to spread a little positive energy in a generally low place. I link to this site so people can also share what I consider an evolutionary time on our world. Many people are becoming more in tune to their spirituality while there are those who will have a difficult time letting go of anger, fear, hate, guilt and outdated thought processes. Many responses on my email have been positive, some cynical and some downright angry at the thought of a differing belief system. They spew their anger with lies and threats. These are the folks that most need our compassion and understanding. Not everyone is ready to accept change. We cannot and should not try to change those who do not accept their own spirituality. We can put out our own thoughts and feelings, hope that it influences, but we cannot make anyone believe or think in a way that they reject or are not ready for. Each of us must find our own way, make our own joy, believe our own beliefs. The ideas here are not new. The change is in the readiness that we as a species are willing to accept that we are more than this physical entity. We can make the life we choose. Our actions are our own and they affect everything. I will not return hate and anger with hate and anger. We must continue our personal growth. Send positivity to those who stay in a low place. Know that we cannot change anyone's mind. People change their own minds and are responsible for their own thoughts and actions. We must raise our own energy and level of happiness. This will spread to others who are open to it. Have a great week.

Letting go of preconceived notions that limit a persons ability to live life in the moment as a co creator, a partner and part of Source, is the first step to spiritual and thought evolution. We are embedded with limiting belief systems that are used to manipulate and control. We accept them as fact only because we have been given the same story from birth. Move beyond this. Allow yourself to become and fulfill you true potential. Allow joy into your life. You create your own reality, you make the life you desire. You connect to your highest spiritual being and know that you are not only bringing light and energy into your own existence, you are shining to all creation. Yes, you do have that kind of impact. Find your Joy.

Yesterday was the eighth anniversary of the attack of 9-11. This is just one of countless atrocities against mankind perpetrated by those who have lost there way in life. People who do not realize that by killing others, they are killing a part of themselves. They have been brainwashed into limiting belief systems that use hate, guilt, anger, fear and many other ego feeding thoughts and emotions. They believe they are separate and their survival, their prosperity is more important than anything else. They will kill and control in the name of God. They will lead the righteous fight, destroying their enemies in the name of god all the while pushing their own agenda and feeding their own ego. This must change. We must recognize we are spiritual beings. We are an extension of our creator and when we hurt each other, we damage that creator, we damage ourselves. We are not here to give praise and worship to an egotistical god image, we are here as co creators with the true creator of all, our real Source. We are not here to destroy, suffer, feel or give pain. We are here to experience life, feel joy, improve the human situation and connect to our higher spiritual self. Our attitudes toward each other need to change and now would be a good time to start.

This has been an eventful time. I have not written on this page for a while, sorry. I feel that there is a major evolution on the horizon. We will each have the opportunity to take part and grow mentally and spiritually, or we can accept the status quo and let mediocrity and stagnation rule our lives. Explore your spirituality, question your beliefs, take time to meditate and be present. Learn the laws of the universe and be open to your own higher spiritual self. This is exciting and could turn many of the negatively perceived low vibrational attitudes toward a higher existence. I will continue soon. I send you love and high energy thoughts. This journey of self discovery is just that. I am seeing so much from a different point of view. I really believe the Source energy within can bring about a closer relationship between my physical reality and my spiritual essence. This is a major part of our evolution as a species. This creates a new vision of the Universe around us, our relationship to all of creation; our connectedness to everything. Our oneness to all of creation. I no longer see people as victims, servants or slaves. We are responsible for the life we choose to live. We manifest the reality we live in and we have the power to alter our course if we choose. Do we live in the present or do we wallow in the dark recesses of our past, hoping for a better future. Do we identify through ego or our deeper self. Do we listen to the subtle nudges from the universe, from Source, or do we ignore the subtle wisdom. Do we reach for our higher purpose, or just think about our own short term happiness. Do we seek joy and peace as we co create and try to improve the world around us or do we constantly feel stress and uncertainty. Time to take a time out and just be. Clear your head and breathe. Listen, take a moment to just listen. You will be amazed by what you can hear if you give it a chance.

Turned fifty yesterday and this gave me pause to reflect. This life is kind of a roller coaster ride and I have seen so many great times, life's gifts, my family, kids, love, relationships, , economic times, work, my faith and all the wonderful experiences that I have been blessed to be a part of. There have been my share of what I perceived as tough times, losing family members, economic times, relationships, feeling of failure and inadequacy; depression. We all go through these ups and downs and I would not trade away any of them. Each of these experiences has brought me to where I am today and I do believe that is a good thing. This life is a place to learn, to grow as well as help make the world better. It is a responsibility and a privilege for each of us. A tough time is only bad if we do not grow from it. Let go of what has happened in our lives and use the wisdom to make the present better. Don't worry so much of what has been or what will be because you are in the present and you do not want to let that slip away. I know that I still have more to learn and more to do and I thank God each day for the gift of my life. Here's to fifty more.

It's been a while since I have updated. It is good to be Back. Many of the ideas of spirituality we explore here come from various sources. There are the Teachings of Abraham, Eckhart Tolle, Adrian Law, Rhonda Byrne; The Secret, The Masters and an ever growing number of those who are realizing our true identity and purpose. Many are realizing that we are pure Source Energy, purely spiritual beings with the power of creation, here to experience life and assist in the manifestation of creation. These are not new ideas or concepts. This wisdom has been with human civilization as long as there has been human civilization. Some feel that we are entering an age of enlightenment. If this is so, we are not just starting a new era, we are returning to our distant past. The Ancients believed in these ideas of spirituality, being present, the concept of oneness, living a moral and humble life. In doing this, there was no need for artificial belief systems and civil laws to control the behavior of the masses. There was complete freedom and peace. Each person took responsibility for there own life, their own happiness and peace while realizing their connectedness to all people, to all creation. This made the well being of all a centerpiece of the mindset. I have been reading the works of "Lao Tzu". I have been studying the "Tao Teh Ching". This is based on the Taoist teachings of a natural life in tune with the universe: "The Universal Way". These teachings talk of a simple humble life of peace. They also refer to our spirituality, our oneness, Laws of the Universe, Attraction, Energy and manifesting. These teachings are thousands of years old. This wisdom is the birthright of all people, of all creation. Our civilization may have lost it's way, but that does not have to stay that way. It is time to return to our roots. Time to bring out the wisdom and the truth that is buried deep within each of us.

This season of Lent, Passover and Easter is a time of new beginnings. It is a time of redemption and renewal. Easter comes on the first Sunday following the first full moon after the spring equinox. Spring too, is a time of new life, rebirth. Jesus tells us we must die from this life in order to reach a new life. We see through Jesus as well as others, that life is forever and when our life here is over, we will continue. Our time here is precious. We should not waste a minute of our time here, instead, live and experience each moment to it's fullest. Easter Sunday reveals that infinite life. Rather than merely paying a ransom for our transgressions, I believe by rising from the dead, Jesus, as he tried to teach throughout his life, was showing us that life is forever. He was showing us our own potential. We have been given such power. Many Christians say that Christ is in each of us. If we truly believe this, then we must take a great responsibility for the power and energy within. Happy Easter. Not just words, feel the joy, the power within.

About 22 years ago, my wife told me I was going to be a father. It was one of the most exciting and scary announcements in my life. I was not yet aware of concepts such as the laws of attraction or vibration. I only knew that I wanted to be a good Dad and provide a good home and loving environment. There were so many things to think about and it seemed overwhelming. The baby was born, My son Christopher. He was a beautiful kid with huge cheeks. He was so round, we called him "Buddha Baby". He was a happy baby. We were so filled with joy and the fear went away. Childhood was such a fun time. He played soccer and baseball as well karate. He made friends easily. We had two other children: a beautiful daughter and a another awesome son. Chris has been a great big brother, very loving and very involved with his siblings. He has grown to be very family oriented. He has a great love and talent for music. He played guitar in church for many years. He was involved in youth group and various activities. He showed promising leadership qualities. In high school, he met Caitlin and they have been together as boyfriend and girlfriend for several years. He is a senior in college now and a very serious musician. I am so very proud of him. Today, at age 21+, he moved out of our house and out on his own. It is bittersweet. I am so proud of him, he has worked hard and done it right. I will miss seeing him on a daily basis. But what is the hope of any parent? That their kids will be happy and be able to build a life of peace and happiness. That was and is my main desire in life. Law of attraction seems to work whether you are aware of it or not. When I see him, I will always see the little boy, but now I also see a man. My desire for my boy has definitely manifested!
Christopher, if you read this, I love you son and am very proud of you.

Why settle for less than we are. When we identify purely with what we do in this life or what we look like, we completely short change our true self. We are more than mothers, fathers, children, business people, workers, singers, athletes, models, poor, rich, fat , skinny, beautiful, ugly, whatever. When we limit ourselves to this earthly identity, we cut ourselves off from our true essence. We are here to experience life. There is such an abundance of life to experience, we place limits on our manifestation in this life by limiting our vision of self. We are pure source energy and we are here to live. Don't let the day to day occurrences and challenges hide your true self and potential. Have a great day.

Nothing ever happens in the past or in the future. Everything occurs in the present. Think about it, everything we say, do, feel, experience, everything happens in the present. Yet, we spend so much time dwelling on the past, feeling guilt, anger, dissatisfaction, hurt or whatever. We feel the future has promise, hope, will bring something we lack now. We look forward to it or perhaps fear what the future holds. So much of our lives are spent in the past and future, we let the present go by and miss our opportunity to actually live our lives. We must learn to let go of that thought process. We must try to live our life in the present. Be in the now. Take time throughout the day to just enjoy the moment. Don't think or reflect on anything. Just try to be in the moment. You will find a great peace in letting go of the things you have no control over. Live in the present. Don't waste your life away in the realm of past and future. This is not to say don't learn from the past or plan for the future, but do not spend your entire life existing there. Life happens in the present, be there!

Just got back from Houston. I don't fly all that often, but I must admit, when I do fly, I have a hard time peeling my face from the window. It is so incredible to think of myself 2 miles up traveling at hundreds of miles per hour. In this site, I talk a lot about energy and the thought of my source energy as well as all those on the plane crossing over millions of others is so cool. Thousands of planes in the air at any given time. So much diversity of terrain we pass over as well as a diversity of people. To me this is a miracle. Many take flying for granted, no big deal, in fact it is a chore. But it is incredible just like much of the technology that we take for granted. Imagine the power of life, birth, look at a child, another miracle. Look at the beauty in nature, the ocean, the woods, mountains, wildlife. Look at the monuments of civilization, cities, buildings, highways. These could all be considered miracles. Look at the stars in the sky, the moon, all the things we see daily and take for granted. All the manifestations of source energy, parts of creation, power of God and man. In an effort to keep life in perspective, go ahead and be impressed by the everyday things in life. Enjoy the miracles and give thanks once in a while.

Starting a new week. It will be a good week. Decide that this week will be prosperous and joyful. Send out a strong positive mental image of how this week will be. Pray, meditate, feel and know how good this week will be. Have a great time. Make it happen!

Try this. Turn off the news for a week. Try to stay away from TV. If you must watch, try to watch things that are more humorous and less violent or things that are fun like your favorite sports or game shows. Take a few moments in the morning and evening to reflect on your day. In the morning, try to meditate on things to be thankful for in your life, the sunrise, a roof over your head, anything and everything. Then reflect on the things you hope to accomplish and how you are going to make it happen. Then do it. Throughout the day, try to find positive aspects in whatever is happening and remember that each moment will pass. Try not to fret over things that have past and the things you have no control over. Don't let outside influences misguide you from your path. At some point each day, give yourself a reward. If it's chocolate or something that just tastes or feels good, do it. We should all have a little joy each day. In the evening, again reflect on you day, give thanks. Then take a few minutes of quiet, just get in the moment. Try not to think of anything. Concentrate on breathing, relaxing, let go of everything and just be. Now it is time to sleep. See if this helps lessen your stress and make your days a little better. If it does help, then keep it up.

Times are tough for many in the world these days. Everyday there is another bank failure, businesses disappearing, jobs lost. We tend to put all our energy worrying about this stuff. People who are employed worry about losing their jobs. We worry about our families, can we pay the rent or mortgage, bills are late, creditors are constantly calling. What can I do? What can I do?!
First we must stop worrying about the things we cannot change. We must make a plan to not only survive these times, but flourish. We must not only think and plan these things, but believe, actually believe in the idea or goal. Visualize it. Believe in it! Play out scenarios of how the idea will work. Then don't just sit on our rumps and wait for it to happen, we must take appropriate action and the goal will manifest. We can make things happen and it all starts with a thought. An idea, a deliberate use of your will and working with your source.
If we all believe this, the economy and the mood of this nation will turn around. We can learn from past mistakes, but let go of the blame game and set your sights for even higher goals. Attract the life situation you want. Be thankful for what you have. There are no limits to creation and you are not only a part of that creation, you are a creator.

What a day. My best wishes to our new President, Barrack Obama. Seeing all the people supporting him, over 2 million in DC alone as well as millions around the country and world will hopefully manifest an enormous amount of positive energy and goodwill that can help change the mood of the country. Perhaps this is the beginning of a new era. War on 2 fronts, economic woes, poverty, health care, environment and energy are all issues facing the new President. Recognizing these negative situations and creating a strong national will to actually take action and focus our energy, our frequency on solutions, we can and will turn things around. What a proud day for our country regardless of your political persuation. We have crossed a major barrier of race relations in our nation. A man who a generation ago had to ride in the back of a bus, or attend segregated schools is now the leader of the free world. One would hope that all people regardless of race, belief or orientation will realize there are no limits to what can be accomplished in this life experience.
